Simply put, my goal is to expose the Disney Management's complete lack of vision, foresight, and long term economic sense. Recently I've realized that Eisner and Pressler have gone so far past penny pinching as to defy belief, and that they now have entered the realm of utter stupidity and contempt for their customers. Here's an interesting example. Disney's California Adventure will, when it opens, contain less than half the amount of bathrooms of a typical Disney park. The Budgeteers have determined that they can save a few thousand dollars (out of the company's billions) if they do this, and have even taken bathrooms out of the immediate vicinity of a 2000 seat theatre!!
No doubt they will eventually have to install more facilities, at a much higher cost than it would have taken to do it right the first time.
I have two target audiences for this site. First, I want to inform the typical Disney fan of the greed and stupidity at work within the company that are contributing to the many complaints people are making. This site will eventually contain form letters to print out and sign, so that you can hopefully better express your concern over their policies to the appropriate management. Second, I wish to attempt to alert major holders of Disney stock of the stupid short term strategies of management as it relates to the theme park division of the company.
